Our program at 252 Sackville Street began as a program for Bengali seniors living in the Regent Park community, but it quickly grew to include a diverse group of vibrant seniors living in the area. Join us every week for arts and crafts, gentle exercise, fun and games, guest speakers, and friendly conversation as you get to know your community. This program is only for seniors residing in Regent Park. -

When the seniors living at 250 Davenport Road requested one of our programs in their building, we happily obliged. Now every Monday and Friday, 250 Davenport Road is a hub of camaraderie and warmth as seniors gather together and enjoy light exercise, arts and crafts, games and trivia, and other activities. -

Open now to all seniors within the community! Held in a spacious recreational room with large windows, a patio, and a fantastic view of the city, our program at 460 Jarvis brings people together. During Mondays @ 460 Jarvis, participants meet to connect with other seniors while relaxing with laughter yoga, getting active with light fitness, expressing their artistic side with creative projects, and learning something new from guest speakers. -

These programs are a safe and inclusive space where our 2SLGBTQIA+ seniors can connect, share experiences, and build meaningful relationships while enjoying activities such as games and trivia, light exercise, and outings into the community. -
