Funded through a three-year Ontario Trillium Foundation GROW Grant, Sunshine @ Elm is a welcoming new drop-in program serving older adults living at 25 Elm Street, 21 St. Joseph Street, 111 Chestnut Street, 112 Elizabeth Street, and throughout the M5G postal code area. Through social, recreational, health, and wellness activities, the program helps reduce social isolation, foster new friendships, and build a stronger sense of community close to home.
