Held in a spacious recreational room with large windows, a patio, and a fantastic view of the city, our program at 460 Jarvis brings people together. During Seniors’ Space @ 460 Jarvis, participants meet to connect with other seniors while relaxing with laughter yoga, getting active with light fitness, expressing their artistic side with creative projects, and learning something new from guest speakers.
